Obtaining Keys

The demonstration version of the Netc Label System software is limited to printing sample labels only, or 10 accesses, 75 labels, 30 days - whichever comes soonest.

To convert from a demonstration to a perpetual license you will need a key.

YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO DOWNLOAD ANOTHER VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE

Obtain a key by emailing Netc Europe at support@netclabels.co.uk with the following information:



	Your company name and contact details Edition Purchased = Enterprise or Unplugged Serial Number ¹


	Your company name and contact details Edition Purchased = Standard Serial Number ¹ Template License Request ²


	1. To find your Serial Number: Open the Netc Printing System. Select "About Netc" from the "Help" menu shown on the main menu bar. Your serial number is shown under the product name and version. Make a note of the serial number and click OK to exit from this screen display. 2. Generate a Template License Request: From the “Tools” menu found at the top of the Netc Printing System screen, choose “Activate Label Template License…” . Tick the box next to the desired template then click “Generate License Request”. Make a note of this template license request.
	Subject to confirmation of documentation and payment, we will supply you with a 'Label Template License' release key by return.


	Please note: upon receipt of your release key you will then need a refill response to fill the label meter with the blank sheets of labels you have purchased. Please see Refill Requests for instruction.
